Pink and white is the main colour of this professional ballet tutu, cut in the classical tutu shape. Glossy stretch fabric covers the bodice. Pink meets white across the piece. Under the top cloth, ten layers of stiff net hold the skirt flat. Large two-row hook closures at the back keep the fit adjustable. A hidden tie inside the upper bust edge sets the fit. The foundation briefs wear a double-mesh cover. On the bodice front, the design carries brown lace applique. Gold and blue beading appears at the neckline. The bodice center carries clear and blue crystal embellishments. Skirt construction: a two visible tulle layers forming a stiff, flat horizontal disc with a scalloped pink top edge over a white underlayer.
The following roles and variations pair with this ballerina costume: Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker; Princess Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty; and comparable roles in other classical ballets.
This pink tutu keeps the pink and white palette described above across all listed sizes. The white pancake tutu silhouette places the tulle layers where the product photos show them.
