The fitted bodice is boning-free yet secure, featuring a double-row hook-and-eye back closure complemented by an internal drawstring and adjustable elastic straps for a custom fit. The skirt is built from ten to eleven layers of stiffened imported hard tulle (eight to nine layers with a dense mesh base for smaller frames), giving bold volume. Lavish hand-sewn embellishments dominate the design: cascading feather plumes, sheer lace appliques, and dense clusters of iridescent crystals, rhinestones, and sequins in pink, blue, and silver trace the scalloped overskirt and scatter across the tulle.
