This ballerina tutu is made in chocolate brown and beige, built as a pancake tutu with a fitted bodice over a layered skirt. The upper body is cut from velvet. Brown meets beige across the piece. The skirt is built from nine layers of stiff tulle. The layers mix colours for depth. Two rows of hook-and-eye tape fasten the back. A concealed drawcord inside trims the fit. Double-mesh decorated briefs form the foundation. Brown crisscross lacing decorates the center front of the bodice. White scalloped lace trim appears at the neckline. At the surface of the skirt: olive gold embroidered lace applique. Gold beaded trim decorates the front panels.
